It’s easy. All you need is a touch-tone phone and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Initially, your PIN is the last 4 numbers of your Social Security number for personal accounts, or the last 4 numbers of your Federal Tax ID# for commercial accounts.

If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to change your PIN at your earliest convenience for added security. 

The 24 Hour Tele-Banking is a FREE service where you will be able to make account balance inquiries, find out if a specific check has been paid, or find out the status of deposits and checks.

  • Telephone Banking transactions are listed on the statements of the accounts involved, making record keeping easy.
  • No bank fees or phone charges
  • New accounts automatically include the ability to access Telephone Banking

Telephone banking permits a customer to:

  • Make account balance inquiries
  • Make transaction inquiries, including the date and amount of most recent transactions
  • Get information on deposit interest earnings
  • Transfer funds between accounts
