Checking Plus... Money When You Need It.
Checking Plus is a service that lets you use your checking account to borrow extra dollars when you need them most -- to avoid overdrawing your checking account -- to cover a family emergency -- or to make an unexpected purchase.
Here’s how Checking Plus works. Anytime you need extra money, all you have to do is write a check -- even if the amount exceeds the balance in your checking account. We will automatically credit your checking account, $ for $, to cover the amount you are overdrawn. We’ll honor your check or checks up to the limit of the line of credit extended to you.
As you repay your loan each month, your Checking Plus reserve rebuilds. You can advance your Checking Plus loan as you wish—as long as the total of your advances does not exceed your credit line.
There is a small annual fee to insure you don't incur overdraft charges and to have extra money available when you need it. As with any loan, you will be charged interest on your unpaid balance.
