We will automatically transfer in increments
of $100.00 from your savings account to your checking account to cover any
overdrafts before they occur. A notice of the transfer amount will be
mailed to you each time the protection service is needed. A $2.00
transfer fee will be accessed from your checking account for each transfer.

We'll provide you with a pre-addressed card and envelopes which we'll use
to send back and forth. All you do is put your banking business in the
envelope, insert the address card, add postage and mail the envelope. Upon
receipt we'll conduct your business, send you a receipt along with the card
and a new envelope. Bank By Mail works great and it is a very convenient
means to access the Bank.

ACH ORIGINATION
The bank can provide direct deposit for a company's payroll through the Automated Clearing House (ACH). This
service reduces a company's payroll related costs and provides their
employees with the added benefit of immediate access to their pay. Fees
based on compensating balances.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
In EDI, deposits/payments due business customers and
information identifying payments are received via ACH. For
non-automated customers, fax statements with EDI information can be
produced and forwarded as notification of payment receipt. If a
business customer has EDI capabilities built into their computer system, we
can produce and send them a file in standard EDI format. This file
can be saved by the business to update their receivables ledger
automatically.
